Supporting Edible Streets Oxford

Edible Streets Oxford is a research project aiming to explore the feasibility of creating and maintaining edible streetscapes in Oxford. Elizabeth is working with the project partners to offer impact measurement support and coaching, including the development of a Theory of Change, measurement framework, and ongoing support to engage local residents. The project is a collaboration between Oxford Brookes University School of Architecture, Centre for Nutrition and Health, Centre for Psychological Research, Sow Space Architecture Practice, Oxfordshire County Public Health.

The research will work towards the development of a ‘How to guide’ to growing food on the street to support scaling up across the council. When available we will share a link here so watch this space!
